3D Interoperability

When we import a STEP file (a screw model), we find the import model is wrong.

The 1st figure is correct model.

The 2nd figure is we import.

Obviously, the big sphere in the 2nd figure is the top-cover of screw, we need to trim it off, how to do it?

Hello xpz,

Have you tried setting Healing option to true?

I recommend that you create an incident so that we can take a closer look. Please submit log file and session file for the translation and the journal file for api_facet_entity because this can be an issue with the faceter too.
