does anyone know what causes the following message to be output during processing v5 files and how to disable it, thanks...

Hi ejp,

This can happen if V5 is also installed on the same machine as our translators. If you set your V5 translator environment correctly, you should not see this.

Based on this message it appears your V5 translator environment is not set correctly.  Can you give me some more information about how you set up your environment?  Also, please refer to the above linked document regarding proper way to set up your V5 environment.
