if a bug was fixed and the targetted stream is r19sp4, will it be fixed in the r20 release as well

Hello Ed,

No. The defects marked as Fix Released or Solved and have R20 or older released streams against it are the only defects that are fixed in R20. If you have questions on specific defects please update the incident so that we review the records and let you know the status of that bug wrt R20.
