refering to
http://doc.spatial.com/index.php/InterOp:Connect/3D_InterOp_Shared_Libraries_at_Link_and_R
is this list up to date for R20SP3?
i have noticed that SpaACISKernel, SpaACISBase, and other libraries are NOT present.
i need this information as soon as possible so i can make a valid list of dll's we will have to ship. also, it would be very helpful if there was an indication as to whether the library is only on Windows/and or Linux.

Hi,
Yes, this list is up to date across platforms. If you have downloaded our traslators you should have SPAXAcisKernel.dll and SPAXAcisBase.dll in your install/bin/* folder which you need to include in your distribution.
It appears you are looking for SpaAcisKernel, but need SPAXAcisKernel.dll.
Thanks,
Vivekan

if you look in the section labeled ACIS it specifically mentions SpaACISKernel, SpaACISBase, etc. and these are not present.
