Hello ACIS users,
I'm currently working on developing an ACIS SAT importer for the CAD Exchanger application (http://www.cadexchanger.com). This will enable viewing and converting ACIS SAT files into multiple formats (IGES, STEP, STL, etc). Just in case – CAD Exchanger Beta is available for free download.
To test on a representative set of the SAT files I am looking for files created with various ACIS versions. There are quite a lot of SAT files on the internet, mainly created with version 7. I would be very interested in checking files created with more fresh versions. So, I would appreciate if you could send me such files – regardless if they are real-world or synthetic models (although the former is preferred).
Please send zipped models or just a download link to info@cadexchanger.com. If you don't get a receipt confirmation within 2-3 days please post on the forum thread (http://cadexchanger.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=23), so that I could check there.
