We would read ACIS solids directly, to extract the line and arc geometry,
to identify pockets and contours to mill, holes to drill, grooves to cut, etc.
We develop in .net languages, exist a direct interface with the ACIS engine? What is the correct product on our website to do this?
What is the price of this product?

We have a framework called RADF that is developed in C# and is based on .net framework. This might be something you could use. But, without talking to you further to understand your requirements and workflow, it would be hard to tell if this is a good fit.
Please contact me at sarvnaz.farshi@3ds.com if you need more information on this framework, and I will lead you to our account manager that can give you pricing information.
Thanks
