set the ACIS 'environment variables' using windows 7

Hi there,

 

I'm new here..and first time using the ACIS kernel..I have problem

which is my computer using the windows 7 and i dont know how to attach the ACIS kernal to my C++...

Anybody can help me...

i got problem after register and running my first acis program and i got error

 

Error spawning 'cmd.exe'

 

what should i do?
