1. Open HOOPS 3D Part Viewer for ACIS

2. Open model 3D.sat for datasets/acis

3. Save as 3D.asf

4. Open 3D.asf

5. Crash

Also cannot save as SAT at all.  No error message is given but no file gets created.

Are you using HOOPS 16 or 16.2, and which version(VC6, VC7.1, VC8)?  I tried to reproduce this using 16.2 (and VS2005) and did not see this issue.
