Hi, I downloaded the free Viewer and installed it on 2 computers, both running Windows 7,  32 bit & 64 bit, but when I try to run the Viewer I get the following error messages on both.

RADFApp has stopped working

Hi,

Your email contained a   System.TypeInitialization error. Can you verify if the following pre-reqs are correctly installed on your machine?

 1. Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1
 2. Microsoft C++ Runtime Libraries 2008 SP1

Apart from that, I would try a couple of things.

1. Lower your Color depth on your computer to 16-Bit color and see if that helps.

2. There is a chance that one of the DLLS in the RadfViewer package has been blocked by Windows-7 security..This should not happen usually but its worth checking out. Un-install the RADFViewer. From Windows explorer, Right click on the original zip file and go to the General Tab and there should be an un-block button. Un-block the zip file, re-install the RADFViewer.
