How to model many holes on a shell/plane/face in hoops

scenario:

1. One big irregular shell/Plane(non-convex) with one face.

2. Need to dig 100*100 square holes on Shell/Plane

 

I tried Compute_Boolean_Shell,for regular shape, it is ok, if shell is complicated, it didn't work, and if shell just has one face, it didn't work.

Using ACIS to model this cost too much time and memory!

 

Any good efficient way??
