Other 3D Application Components

Hi,

we use ACIS R16 SP7 together with Hoops 15.00. If we create a PDF3D with Hoops the Acrobat Reader has sometimes the following error message:

"A 3D data parsing error has occured.".

Has anyone a hint for me how to solve this error?

I have received this  message to and dont know what it means.

It means Acrobat has problems with the U3D data. After an Hoops update I could solve it...
